If you would like any further information on any of the sessions you can contact the club’s Coach co-ordinator via the email address given. There is also a weekly post on Facebook giving the program for that week.  It is your responsibility to check the relevant East Down AC Facebook page Seniors / Juniors page where amendments to the sessions below will be posted.

 Monday 19:00 A steady run with all paces catered for. East Down AC Club Rooms
 Wednesday 19:00 Session will be detailed in Weekly Schedule on FB Ballymote Sports and Wellbeing Centre

Juniors  (P2-P4)
Second Monday in each month 6-7pm East Down AC Clubrooms
Juniors (P5 –  16 yrs)
 Monday 19:00-20:00 Session will be determined on the night East Down AC Club Rooms
(Outside Session)
 Thursday 19:00-20:00 Session to be determined on the night East Down AC Club Rooms
