Thursday night Senior training sessions

Thursday night training schedule for Senior members until 10th March, with the aim of targeting Jimmy’s 10K on 13th March:

Departing EDAC Clubhouse at 7:15pm sharp:

21 January – 8 X 800m

28 January – Intervals – 6 minute effort, then 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (recovery is half of effort)

4 February – 12 X 400m

6 February – Target Prep Race – Rollercoaster 5K

11 February – 5 X 1200m

18 February – Hill Training (12 X 45 second effort) – Roughal Park

25 February – 4 X 1 mile

3 March – 6 X 1km

10 March – 20 minute Tempo run

13 March – Target Race – Jimmy’s 10K
