Senior Training Sessions

Thursday evening training sessions take place at the Downshire – meeting at police station at 7:00 pm for warm up with session starting at 7:20pm:

(progressing towards Comber Cup on 21st June)

9 May 12 mins Tempo (2 mins rest), 6 x 1 minute (30 second jog)

16 May – 6 mins Tempo, 4 X 800m (90 secs), 4 x 200m (30 secs)

23 May – Intervals – 3 x 3 mins (60 secs) + 6 x 30 secs (30 secs rest) + 3 x 3 mins (60 secs)

30 May – Session at Mary Peters Track: 3 (800m, 600m, 400m, 200m)

6 June – 6 mins Tempo, 5 X 1K (90 secs)

13 June Intervals – 2 X 1 mile + 4 X 800m

20 June 2 X 10 Minute Tempo or EASY paced run (if running Comber Cup)
