As a one off, and as part of the RGU Festival week end, the RGU has organised a 5k Park Run for this Saturday morning (10th). The run will consist of 5 and a bit laps around the perimeter of the Club  grounds.  Everyone, young and old are invited to participate.  There will be no charge, no registration and  no official   timing. The start will be close to the main gates.  The run will commence at 9.30.
